Are you ready?
An oath is a solemn promise, both to oneself and higher powers, to behave or act in a certain way. It is a long-term, serious commitment made with a sincere heart. If you already read the book and decided that you would like to transform your life and walk the path of unity and love, then we welcome you to sign our e-guest book as a gesture of your commitment.
How to do it
Choose a serene environment where you will not be disturbed and when you are not pressed for time. Perhaps dim the lights, light a candle, or play calm music (one option is provided for you). In preparation, feel free to take a bath, wear your ritualistic garb, say a prayer, burn incense, or do anything that will put you in the right mood. Have the book beside you if you would like to use it as reference, and a notepad and pen ready to write down any reflections, if you so desire.
Start by reading the top line as listed, inserting your full name. Then read each Enhancement, spending a few moments to reflect on how you will implement it in your own daily life. Think of a minimum of two or three specific actions per category. Refer to the book if you need hints. Please go over each item carefully, even if you believe it may not apply to you or you already practice it. This process can be done out loud or silently. Journaling can be helpful to document your intentions.
When done with all ten Enhancements, understanding what you need to do, and feeling ready to commit, bring your hands together and bow deeply, say your closing words of choice, then proceed to bear your own witness. Type your full name and location as applicable, as well as a comment if you wish. Your name will be ingrained in the Akashic Records as proof of your sincere commitment.
